OUR MARKETING PACKAGES

  • DININ offers one free package and four paid marketing packages to businesses listed on our platform.
  • Marketing packages are available for a minimum subscription period of six (6) months or one (1) year. Upon completion of the one-year term, packages will automatically renew unless canceled with at least one (1) month’s prior written notice.
  • All package prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

LISTINGS

  • All listings published by DININ are based on publicly available information.
  • Business owners have the opportunity to claim their listing to gain full access to its associated data, including user engagement such as reviews, comments, and messages.
  • Any user may submit a listing to our website. Submitted listings are subject to review and approval by the DININ administration before being published.
  • DININ administration reserves the right to reject or remove any listing deemed inaccurate, inappropriate, or irrelevant at its sole discretion.

FEATURED LISTINGS

  • Businesses can obtain Featured Listings by purchasing one of the marketing packages offered by DININ.
  • DININ administration reserves the right to feature listings of its own choosing for the purpose of promoting various industries and sectors.

PRODUCTS / SERVICES

  • The option to showcase products or services within a listing is available through select marketing packages offered by DININ.
  • All products and services displayed in listings are external or affiliate links. Users will be redirected to third-party websites to complete their purchase.
  • DININ does not directly sell any products or services listed on the platform and does not receive commissions or compensation from affiliate sales.

SOCIAL MEDIA

  • Promotional posts and stories are published on DININ’s official Facebook and Instagram pages.
  • Content may also be shared via the social media channels of inAM² LLC, our parent company, on Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin.
  • DININ works collaboratively with businesses that hold a Featured Listing to select and schedule social media content for publication on a monthly basis.

AD BANNERS

  • The option to publish ad banners on the DININ website is available through select marketing packages offered by DININ.
  • The ad banner will be prominently displayed on the landing page of the DININ website.
  • Ad banners purchased through DININ may also be displayed on other websites operated by inAM² LLC.
  • DININ administration reserves the right to determine on which websites operated by inAM² LLC the Ad banners will be featured.

BLOG ARTICLES

  • DININ offers customers the opportunity to publish blog articles directly related to their listing on our dedicated Blog page. This service is available through select marketing packages.
  • All submitted blog articles are subject to review by DININ, which reserves the right to request edits or reject content at its sole discretion.

MASS EMAIL

  • Mass emails are sent monthly to our database, which currently includes over 5,000 subscribers.
  • All submitted mass emails are subject to review by DININ, which reserves the right to request edits or reject content at its sole discretion.

MYSTERY PARTYGOING

  • The Mystery Partygoing service is fully customizable. DININ collaborates closely with each client to tailor the services according to their specific needs and objectives.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Marketing Packages:
Clients may request cancellation of their marketing package service at any time. The cancellation will become effective starting from the following month after the cancellation request is received. No refunds will be provided for the month in which the cancellation request is made.

Mystery Dining:
Cancellation of the Mystery Dining service is effective immediately upon request. Please note that payments already made are non-refundable.
