Gallia Restaurant

My wife and I dined at Gallia in Yerevan this evening. The entire staff was very friendly. However, after providing menus and an initial order of drinks and appetizers, they did not return to take any entree orders or ask if we needed anything else. The little food that they brought was very good, but we wanted to order more and no one ever came back to our table. The staff didn’t even pick up the menus that they gave us when we first sat down. I am not writing this to criticize the staff. This is constructive criticism. Restaurant staff should always return to their customers to make sure that their customers have everything they need to enjoy their dining experience. If this restaurant truly wants to impress its customers, it should use these comments to better train the staff to return to their customers and not forget about them.
