Basturma is air-dried beef seasoned with cumin, garlic, paprika, and fenugreek paste. In Armenian culture, basturma is thinly sliced ​​and served as a cold appetizer, or grated with eggs for breakfast.
The recipe for a traditional basturma omelette is very simple.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 piece egg
  • 6-7 pieces basturma
  • 40-60 grams butter
  • a pinch salt
